i recently needed my blood pressure checking and i got an appointment within a few hours with the HCA, she then managed to get me a cancellation for the afternoon to go back to see the gp, all staff were very helpful, i like using the online booking service, its very easy to use when needing to book an appointment or requesting a repeat prescription, if i had one negative about the online booking system is, i would like the nurses to be added so that when i need asthma check, smears ect i can book appointments myself without having to phone the receptionist.

Receptionists were very rude when trying to sign back on having been at university. Also very scathing if you ring up for an emergency appointment. Dr Emily, Dr Lakshmi and Dr Willet very useful and listen however neither Dr Garala’s are very caring and in fact he gave me the wrong diagnosis. Always can get an appointment on the day but depends on the doctor as to how good the treatment is.

Great doctors surgery always manage to get an appointment when I phone up couldn't fault anybody there The doctors and nurses are extremely helpful

The surgery has improved over recent years. Longer hours is a bonus. Staff are great, but I still had to wait a week for an appointment.

I had an appointment which was given to me at shot notice, unfortunately there was a delay in seeing my gp, not his fault hd rather difficult case to deal with, however when my time came he immediately appologiesd for the delay and saw me , and was most helpful and reassuring, this was a great help to me, the practice I go to , their care is exceptional, always polite , professional in all they do. finally I have the utmost respect for all staff, nurses, doctors, and receptionists at this practice.
